TicketForge manages communications through either a web interface or an unlimited number of email addresses. Support needs can be taken care of entirely over email, while still being logged in TicketForge's database. TicketForge tracks communications, response times and general statistics. TicketForge's many options allow the assignment of tickets by a number of methods to specific team members.

ClientForge allows for the management of client information and documents. Keep track of client companies, contacts within individual companies and documents related to each client company. ClientForge can be used in conjunction with ProjectForge to manage projects being performed for a specific company.

ProjectForge is designed to make managing projects as effortless as possible. ProjectForge allows administrators to assign team members to projects, alter project specifications and prices, keep track of documents related to the project and track progress on different project components. It allows team members to keep track of assignments, report their progress, log expenses, keep track of hours worked on individual project components and recieve feedback from clients and administrators on their work. ProjectForge allows clients to follow the progress of their project, view designs and completed works, and keep track of costs. Each aspect of the program is under the control of your administrators.

FileForge serves all of the files involved in your projects from a central location. It allows team members to keep track of file versions and when a file is being worked on by other team members. FileForge allows for the archival of old versions and ensures that multiple file versions are not being worked on within your company.

TeamForge allows for the creation and management of specific teams within your company. It allows managers the ability to keep track of team member information and, in conjunction with ProjectForge, streamlines the project assingment process.
